What is Aluminium Composite?
Aluminium Composite is a lightweight product made of two sheets of aluminium with a solid polyethylene core. Designed primarily for medium-term outdoor use (5 year manufacturers guarantee), it has a hard wearing powder coated finish and comes in a range of basic colours and finishes, it is also weather and rust resistant to the manufacturers guarantee.

WHITE ALUMINIUM COMPOSITEis available in 3mm & 4mm thick (if in stock) and it comes in sheets of 2500mm x 1250mm, 3050mm x 1500mm and 4000mm x 2030mm
COLOURED ALUMINIUM COMPOSITEis available in 3mm thick and it comes in sheets of 2500mm x 1250mm, 3050mm x 1500mm.
STEEL EFFECT ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE is available in 3mm and some in 4mm thick (if in stock) and it comes in sheets of 2500mm x 1250mm, 3050mm x 1500mm
Which aluminium composite brands do we stock and use?

What are the limits for cutting?
There are not many limits due to the accuracy of the tecnologies we have in house like the laser cutter which has a 0.2mm tolerance and a beam that has a cutting diameter of 0.3mm which enables it to get into the smallest parts of the letters and logos.
The only restrictions are the sheet sizes as above and the point where letters get to 35mm cap height.
Can we be beaten on price?
