Why are our letters and logos are the best?
With over two decades of experience in the sign industry we have purchased only the best technologies and tooling for the job, primarily we cut all 3D letters with CNC routers with bed sizes of 3050mm x 2050mm but for high grade flat cut letters with that perfect flame polished finished we use high powdered LASER profile cutting machine which has a 3000mm x 1500mm dual changing beds to allow for continuous production, costing £250,000 this is technology only the best sign companies have to get the best results.

What colours and sizes can I have?
COLOURED ACRYLIC is available in 3mm & 5mm thick and it comes in sheets of 3050mm x 2030mm.

CLEAR ACRYLIC is available from 2mm to 25mm thick and it comes in sheets of 3050mm x 2030mm we can also produce specialist orders up to 100mm thick but these sheets tend to only be 2000mm x 1000mm.

OPAL ACRYLIC is available from 2mm to 10mm in different translucency ranges and it comes in sheets of 3050mm x 2030mm.

Which Acrylic brands do we stock and use?
We do have a wide range of acrylics available for making built up letters, primarily our main suppliers are Plexiglass and Perspex at present due to high levels of customer service and great delivery response, and we can also source other brands:

Repsol – Alutuglas - Madraperla - Setacryl.

What cutting restrictions are there?
There are not many limits due to the accuracy of the laser which has a 0.2mm tolerance and a beam that has a cutting diameter of 0.3mm which enables it to get into the smallest parts of the letters and logos. The only restrictions are the sheet sizes as above and the point where letters get to 35mm cap height.
